I believe you can create a song that captures the chiptune feel while extending beyond the 4 channels. If you want to stay true to chiptunes in that sense, by all means, keep your songs to 4 channels, but I am not bothered with these limitations. ![]() I am under the impression that the original chiptune music used only 4 channels.
